Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience in supervisory position
24 to 40 years of age preference
Certificates, skills training, registrations are a plus

Responsibilities and work environment include:
■ Perform various administrative functions for assigned accounts such as to receive, collects, recover payments, post amount payments to clients’ accounts & help them find solutions to make paying their bills easier
■ Maintain, compile, sort, write & record files, information, answer correspondence and reports on the financial status of client accounts, pass due, delinquent account, status of collection efforts, old accounts, address changes, purging the records of deceased customers, clean up files, perform miscellaneous clerical duties to be reported to management
■ Find, trace, locate, track down, send out, drive vehicle, reach out, monitor, deliver, inform, notify, negotiate & keep track of clients and agents of delinquent accounts, overdue accounts, overdue bills, out-of-date address by mail, telephone, using the Internet, variety of automated systems, inquiring at post office, telephone companies, credit bureaus, neighbors & personal visits in order to solicit payment
